Q - Is this really free?
A - The app is free. HelpBunch uses ad revenue to support the app services.

Q - Will people who offer help charge me for their help?
A - We created this app so that people can help others for free, without charging the requester.

Q - Does HelpBunch screen or perform background checks on users?
A - No. HelpBunch does not screen users or perform background checks on users.

Q - Who can view my HelpBunch profile?
A - The profiles are publicly visible to anyone that has signed up to use the HelpBunch app. In the future, we will make profiles visible on helpbunch.com so that users can view and share them on the internet.

Q - What type of information is visible in my HelpBunch profile?
A - Your first and last name is required and will be visible. If you choose to upload a profile picture, add a statement about yourself, and/or the name of your city or town, then that information will also be visible. The number of times you have offered help and received thanks will also be visible.

Q - Who can view my requests?
A - The public requests are viewable by anyone that has signed up to use the HelpBunch app. The private requests are viewable by users who have offered help while the request was public and users that have been approved by the requester. To see the list of approved users that you have approved to view your requests in their WATCH tab please go to the MORE tab and click on Approvals.

Q - Will the address of my requests for help be public?
A - No, request addresses and request location coordinates will not be public. The app only shows radial distances between the request location and the location of the mobile device of the user viewing the request.

Q - How do users communicate with each other using the app?
A - Users communicate with each other through a chat available through their requests for help.


Application Permissions:

Location
Your location will be used to determine your distance from your help requests and requests submitted by other users.

Photos/Files/Media
Access is optionally required to upload thank you card pictures and profile pictures.

Camera
Access is optionally required to use the camera to take new pictures for use in thank you cards and profile pictures.
